How to Send Easy Digital Downloads Orders to EverWebinar

EverWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Easy Digital Downloads powers digital product sales on WordPress. EverWebinar is where your customer and order data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

Connect EverWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Token from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EverWebinar.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Easy Digital Downloads to EverWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Easy Digital Downloads as the form provider. AFI fires when a purchase is completed, giving you access to customer details, product information, payment data, and download links.

3. Select EverWebinar as the destination

Choose EverWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for an EverWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each EverWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Easy Digital Downloads field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
