How to Send Easy Affiliate Data to Sender

Sender is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Easy Affiliate tracks an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Sender.

Connect Sender to AFI

1. Log in to your Sender account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sender.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Easy Affiliate to Sender.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Easy Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Sender as the destination

Choose Sender from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Sender.

4. Map fields

Match each Sender field on the left to the corresponding Easy Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Easy Affiliate. Check Sender to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
