How to Send Dokan Data to Webhook

Webhook is a integration platform. Dokan handles a vendor registers or a product is submitted on your WordPress site. Webhook is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Webhook to AFI

Webhook uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Webhook, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Webhook.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Webhook as the destination

Choose Webhook from the platform dropdown and pick Send Webhook. This sends an HTTP POST to a webhook URL.

4. Map fields

Match each Webhook field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Webhook to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
