How to Send Dokan Data to SendX

SendX is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Dokan manages a vendor registers or a product is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SendX.

Connect SendX to AFI

SendX uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendX, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to SendX.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select SendX as the destination

Choose SendX from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendX.

4. Map fields

Match each SendX field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check SendX to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
