How to Send Dokan Data to PandaDoc
PandaDoc is a document automation platform. Here is how to pipe Dokan vendor straight into PandaDoc using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to PandaDoc. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
- A PandaDoc account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect PandaDoc to AFI
- Log in to your PandaDoc account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → PandaDoc.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to PandaDoc.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.
3. Select PandaDoc as the destination
Choose PandaDoc from the platform dropdown and pick Create Document. This creates a document in PandaDoc.
4. Map fields
Match each PandaDoc field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check PandaDoc to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to PandaDoc with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and template selection. No per-record fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Dokan events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
