How to Send Dokan Data to Notion

Notion is a productivity and database platform. Dokan manages a vendor registers or a product is submitted, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Notion.

Connect Notion to AFI

1. Go to your Notion workspace and create an integration at notion.so/my-integrations.
2. Copy the Internal Integration Secret.
3. Share your target database with the integration.
4. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Notion and paste the token.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Notion.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Notion as the destination

Choose Notion from the platform dropdown and pick Add Database Item. This creates a new item in a Notion database.

4. Map fields

Match each Notion field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Notion to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
