Mailcoach is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every Dokan vendor record should flow into Mailcoach automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Mailcoach. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A Mailcoach account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Mailcoach to AFI

  1. Log in to your Mailcoach account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailcoach.
  4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Mailcoach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Mailcoach as the destination

Choose Mailcoach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to a Mailcoach list.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailcoach field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Mailcoach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Mailcoach with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
