How to Send Dokan Data to HighLevel

Connect HighLevel to AFI

1. Log in to your HighLevel account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → HighLevel.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to HighLevel.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select HighLevel as the destination

Choose HighLevel from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in HighLevel.

4. Map fields

Match each HighLevel field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check HighLevel to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
