Dynamics 365 Field Service is a field service platform. Getting Dokan vendor into Dynamics 365 Field Service does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

The direct approach

AFI delivers vendor data straight from WordPress to Dynamics 365 Field Service. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Dokan installed and configured.
  • A Dynamics 365 Field Service account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Dynamics 365 Field Service to AFI

Dynamics 365 Field Service uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Dynamics 365 Field Service, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Dokan to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Dokan as the form provider. AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted, giving you access to vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Field Service as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Field Service from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Dynamics 365 Field Service.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Field Service field on the left to the corresponding Dokan field on the right. Common mappings include vendor name, email, store name, product title, and store category. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Dokan. Check Dynamics 365 Field Service to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Dynamics 365 Field Service with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Dokan events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a vendor registers or a product is submitted. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
