How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Zoom Webinar
Zoom Webinar is a webinar platform for large-scale online events with registration and Q&A.
Contact Form 7 is everywhere on WordPress. Zoom Webinar is where your data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Zoom Webinar account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoom Webinar to AFI
Zoom Webinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoom Webinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to Zoom Webinar.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.
3. Select Zoom Webinar as the destination
Choose Zoom Webinar and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoom Webinar.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoom Webinar field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.
5. Add conditions if needed
Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in Zoom Webinar. Check AFI → Log if needed.
Free vs Pro
Free maps email, first name, and last name with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and session selection. No per-submission fees.
