ServiceM8 is a job management platform for field service businesses like electricians and cleaners.

Contact Form 7 is everywhere on WordPress. ServiceM8 is where your data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
  • A ServiceM8 account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect ServiceM8 to AFI

  1. Log in to your ServiceM8 account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and generate API credentials.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ServiceM8.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to ServiceM8.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.

3. Select ServiceM8 as the destination

Choose ServiceM8 and pick Add Job. This creates a job in ServiceM8.

4. Map fields

Match each ServiceM8 field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.

5. Add conditions if needed

Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in ServiceM8. Check AFI → Log if needed.

Free vs Pro

Free maps name, email, phone, and address with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and job status. No per-submission fees.
