How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Rapidmail
Rapidmail is an email marketing platform popular in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Contact Form 7 is everywhere on WordPress. Rapidmail is where your data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.
Why connect directly?
Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Rapidmail account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Rapidmail to AFI
- Log in to your Rapidmail account.
- Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Rapidmail.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
