How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to ON24

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.

Connect ON24 to AFI

1. Log in to your ON24 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ON24.
4. Paste the API Key and Client Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to ON24.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.

3. Select ON24 as the destination

Choose ON24 and pick Register for Event. This registers a contact for an ON24 event.

4. Map fields

Match each ON24 field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.

5. Add conditions if needed

Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in ON24. Check AFI → Log if needed.
