How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Jobber
Jobber is a field service management platform for home services, landscaping, and cleaning businesses.
If you are running Contact Form 7 and want to push submissions into Jobber, you could pay for a cloud automation tool. Or you could do it directly from WordPress for free. This is the direct route.
Skip the automation middleman
Cloud automation tools charge per task and route your data through their servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-submission fees, no external dependencies.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
- A Jobber account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Jobber to AFI
- Log in to your Jobber account.
- Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.
- Enter your credentials and authorize the connection.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it something recognizable, like CF7 to Jobber.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Contact Form 7 and choose the specific form. AFI reads the form fields automatically.
3. Select Jobber as the destination
Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.
4. Map fields
Match each Jobber field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Submit a test entry and confirm the data arrived in Jobber. Check AFI → Log if anything needs debugging.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Jobber with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom field mapping and address details. No per-submission fees on any plan.
