Braze is a marketing automation platform. Every Contact Form 7 submission should flow into Braze without manual effort. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to Braze. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Contact Form 7 installed and at least one form.
  • A Braze account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Braze to AFI

  1. Log in to your Braze dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Braze.
  4. Enter the API Key and REST endpoint, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CF7 to Braze.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Contact Form 7 and choose your form. Fields are detected automatically.

3. Select Braze as the destination

Choose Braze and pick Add User. This creates or updates a user in Braze.

4. Map fields

Match each Braze field to the corresponding Contact Form 7 field. Smart tags like {{_submission_date}} are available.

5. Add conditions if needed

Send only specific submissions based on conditional rules.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Submit a test form and verify in Braze. Check AFI → Log if needed.

Free vs Pro

Free maps email and name with unlimited submissions. Pro adds custom attributes and events. No per-submission fees.
