How to Send Contact Form 7 Submissions to Apptivo

Apptivo is a suite of business apps covering CRM, invoicing, and project management for small businesses.

Connect Apptivo to AFI

1. Log in to your Apptivo account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Apptivo.
4. Enter your domain and API Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Give it a name like CF7 to Apptivo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Contact Form 7 as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Apptivo as the destination

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule. For example, only create a record when a checkbox is checked or when the email field is not empty.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your form and submit. Check Apptivo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
