How to Send Charitable Data to Lofty

Lofty is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Charitable donation straight into Lofty using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Lofty to AFI

Lofty uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Lofty, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Charitable to Lofty.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Charitable as the form provider. AFI fires when a donation is made through a fundraising campaign, giving you access to donor name, email, donation amount, campaign ID, and gateway.

3. Select Lofty as the destination

Choose Lofty from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Lofty.

4. Map fields

Match each Lofty field on the left to the corresponding Charitable field on the right. Common mappings include donor name, email, donation amount, campaign ID, and gateway. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Charitable. Check Lofty to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
