How to Send CartFlows Orders to Zoho Sheet

Zoho Sheet is a spreadsheets platform. Every CartFlows order should flow into Zoho Sheet automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

Connect Zoho Sheet to AFI

Zoho Sheet uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Sheet, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Zoho Sheet.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho Sheet as the destination

Choose Zoho Sheet from the platform dropdown and pick Add Row. This adds a row to a Zoho Sheet.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Sheet field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Zoho Sheet to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
