How to Send CartFlows Orders to Zoho People

Zoho People is a HR platform. Getting CartFlows order data into Zoho People does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Connect Zoho People to AFI

Zoho People uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho People, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Zoho People.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho People as the destination

Choose Zoho People from the platform dropdown and pick Add Employee. This creates an employee record in Zoho People.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho People field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Zoho People to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
