Zoho Creator is a database platform. Here is how to pipe CartFlows order data straight into Zoho Creator using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to database. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
  • A Zoho Creator account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Zoho Creator to AFI

Zoho Creator uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Creator, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Zoho Creator.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Zoho Creator as the destination

Choose Zoho Creator from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Zoho Creator.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Creator field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Zoho Creator to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps standard form fields to Zoho Creator with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
