How to Send CartFlows Orders to Wrike

Wrike is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. CartFlows processes orders through beautiful sales funnels, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Wrike.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
• A Wrike account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Wrike to AFI

Wrike uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Wrike, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Wrike.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Wrike as the destination

Choose Wrike from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Wrike.

4. Map fields

Match each Wrike field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Wrike to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
