WebinarGeek is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. CartFlows processes orders through beautiful sales funnels, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to WebinarGeek.

Why connect directly?

Cloud automation tools like Zapier charge per task and route your data through external servers. AFI processes everything on your WordPress site. No per-order fees, no external dependencies.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
  • A WebinarGeek account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect WebinarGeek to AFI

  1. Log in to your WebinarGeek account.
  2. Copy your API Key from settings.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → WebinarGeek.
  4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to WebinarGeek.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select WebinarGeek as the destination

Choose WebinarGeek from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a WebinarGeek session.

4. Map fields

Match each WebinarGeek field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check WebinarGeek to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, first name, and last name to WebinarGeek with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
