How to Send CartFlows Orders to Velocify

Velocify is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every CartFlows order should flow into Velocify automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
• A Velocify account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Velocify to AFI

Velocify uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Velocify, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Velocify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Velocify as the destination

Choose Velocify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Velocify.

4. Map fields

Match each Velocify field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Velocify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
