Tebra (Kareo) is a healthcare platform. Getting CartFlows order data into Tebra (Kareo) does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to healthcare. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
  • A Tebra (Kareo) account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Tebra (Kareo) to AFI

Tebra (Kareo) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Tebra (Kareo), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Tebra (Kareo).

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Tebra (Kareo) as the destination

Choose Tebra (Kareo) from the platform dropdown and pick Add Patient. This creates a patient in Tebra.

4. Map fields

Match each Tebra (Kareo) field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Tebra (Kareo) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Tebra (Kareo) with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
