How to Send CartFlows Orders to Systeme.io

Connect Systeme.io to AFI

1. Log in to your Systeme.io account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Systeme.io.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Systeme.io.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Systeme.io as the destination

Choose Systeme.io from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Systeme.io.

4. Map fields

Match each Systeme.io field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Systeme.io to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
