Softr is a no-code apps platform. Here is how to pipe CartFlows order data straight into Softr using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to no-code apps. No task meter, no monthly bill.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
  • A Softr account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Softr to AFI

  1. Log in to your Softr account.
  2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
  4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email and name to Softr with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.

Will adding this slow down my checkout?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.

Can I send orders to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
