How to Send CartFlows Orders to sevdesk

sevdesk is an accounting platform for managing finances. Here is how to pipe CartFlows order data straight into sevdesk using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

Connect sevdesk to AFI

sevdesk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → sevdesk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to sevdesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select sevdesk as the destination

Choose sevdesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in sevdesk.

4. Map fields

Match each sevdesk field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order through your CartFlows funnel. Check sevdesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
