How to Send CartFlows Orders to Salesloft
Salesloft is a sales engagement platform. Every CartFlows order should flow into Salesloft automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to sales engagement. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with CartFlows installed and configured.
- A Salesloft account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Salesloft to AFI
- Log in to your Salesloft account.
- Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Salesloft.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Salesloft.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select Salesloft as the destination
Choose Salesloft from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Salesloft.
4. Map fields
Match each Salesloft field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Salesloft to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to Salesloft with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping and cadence assignment. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
