How to Send CartFlows Orders to Mailercloud

Mailercloud is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe CartFlows order data straight into Mailercloud using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Mailercloud to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailercloud account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailercloud.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to Mailercloud.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select Mailercloud as the destination

Choose Mailercloud from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Mailercloud.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailercloud field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check Mailercloud to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
