How to Send CartFlows Orders to MailBluster
MailBluster is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Getting CartFlows order data into MailBluster does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing order data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to email marketing. No task meter, no monthly bill.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to MailBluster.
2. Pick your trigger
Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.
3. Select MailBluster as the destination
Choose MailBluster from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in MailBluster.
4. Map fields
Match each MailBluster field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check MailBluster to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, first name, and last name to MailBluster with unlimited orders. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-order fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which CartFlows events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow. This covers new orders, customer details, and product information.
Will adding this slow down my checkout?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the order is processed. Your customers complete checkout normally without any delay.
Can I send orders to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every order flows to all of them simultaneously.
