How to Send CartFlows Orders to HighLevel

What you will need

Connect HighLevel to AFI

1. Log in to your HighLevel account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → HighLevel.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it CartFlows to HighLevel.

2. Pick your trigger

Select CartFlows as the form provider. AFI fires when an order is completed through a flow, giving you access to customer details, product information, and order totals.

3. Select HighLevel as the destination

Choose HighLevel from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in HighLevel.

4. Map fields

Match each HighLevel field on the left to the corresponding CartFlows field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, product details, and order total. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain orders? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Place a test order in your CartFlows store. Check HighLevel to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
