How to Send BuddyPress Data to Zoom Webinar

Connect Zoom Webinar to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyPress to Zoom Webinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Zoom Webinar as the destination

Choose Zoom Webinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoom Webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoom Webinar field on the left to the corresponding BuddyPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyPress. Check Zoom Webinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
