How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every BuddyBoss a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group should flow into Zoho Meeting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Zoho Meeting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Meeting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
