How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Softr

What you will need

Connect Softr to AFI

1. Log in to your Softr account.
2. Copy your API Key and Domain.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Softr.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Softr.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Softr as the destination

Choose Softr from the platform dropdown and pick Add User. This creates a user in Softr.

4. Map fields

Match each Softr field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Softr to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
