How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Salesflare

Salesflare is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. BuddyBoss powers your WordPress community. Salesflare is where member data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your community platform to CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with BuddyBoss installed and configured.
• A Salesflare account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Salesflare to AFI

Salesflare uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Salesflare, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Salesflare.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Salesflare as the destination

Choose Salesflare from the platform dropdown and pick Create Contact. This creates a contact in Salesflare.

4. Map fields

Match each Salesflare field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Salesflare to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
