How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Maropost

Maropost is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe BuddyBoss data straight into Maropost using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Maropost to AFI

1. Log in to your Maropost account.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Maropost.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Maropost as the destination

Choose Maropost from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maropost.

4. Map fields

Match each Maropost field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Maropost to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
