How to Send BuddyBoss Data to JustCall

JustCall is a phone and SMS platform. BuddyBoss powers your WordPress community. JustCall is where member data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your community platform to phone and SMS, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with BuddyBoss installed and configured.
• A JustCall account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect JustCall to AFI

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → JustCall.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to JustCall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select JustCall as the destination

Choose JustCall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in JustCall.

4. Map fields

Match each JustCall field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check JustCall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
