Connect FluentBooking to AFI

FluentBooking uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → FluentBooking, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to FluentBooking.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select FluentBooking as the destination

Choose FluentBooking from the platform dropdown and pick Create Booking. This creates a booking in FluentBooking.

4. Map fields

Match each FluentBooking field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test
