How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Dynamics 365 Field Service

Connect Dynamics 365 Field Service to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Dynamics 365 Field Service as the destination

Choose Dynamics 365 Field Service from the platform dropdown and pick Create Work Order. This creates a work order in Dynamics 365 Field Service.

4. Map fields

Match each Dynamics 365 Field Service field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

6. Save and test
