CINC is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want BuddyBoss activity in CINC, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your community platform to real estate CRM, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with BuddyBoss installed and configured.
  • A CINC account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect CINC to AFI

CINC uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → CINC, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to CINC.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select CINC as the destination

Choose CINC from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in CINC.

4. Map fields

Match each CINC field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check CINC to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to CINC with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which BuddyBoss events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.

Can I send member data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.

Install Advanced Form Integration free from WordPress.org and connect BuddyBoss to CINC in minutes.
