How to Send BuddyBoss Data to AccuLynx

AccuLynx is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. BuddyBoss powers your WordPress community. AccuLynx is where member data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with BuddyBoss installed and configured.
• A AccuLynx account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect AccuLynx to AFI

AccuLynx uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → AccuLynx, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to AccuLynx.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select AccuLynx as the destination

Choose AccuLynx from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in AccuLynx.

4. Map fields

Match each AccuLynx field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check AccuLynx to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
