How to Send Bookly Data to SendPulse

SendPulse is a multi-channel marketing platform. Every Bookly appointment record should flow into SendPulse automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

Connect SendPulse to AFI

SendPulse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → SendPulse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to SendPulse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select SendPulse as the destination

Choose SendPulse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to SendPulse.

4. Map fields

Match each SendPulse field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check SendPulse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
