How to Send Bookly Data to Re:amaze

Re:amaze is a helpdesk platform. If you want Bookly appointment synced to Re:amaze, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Why not just use Zapier?

What you will need

Connect Re:amaze to AFI

Re:amaze uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Re:amaze, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Re:amaze.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Re:amaze as the destination

Choose Re:amaze from the platform dropdown and pick Create Conversation. This creates a conversation in Re:amaze.

4. Map fields

Match each Re:amaze field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Re:amaze to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
