How to Send Bookly Data to PandaDoc

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Bookly installed and configured.

Connect PandaDoc to AFI

1. Log in to your PandaDoc account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → PandaDoc.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to PandaDoc.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select PandaDoc as the destination

Choose PandaDoc from the platform dropdown and pick Create Document. This creates a document in PandaDoc.

4. Map fields

Match each PandaDoc field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check PandaDoc to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
