How to Send Bookly Data to Ontraport

Ontraport is a marketing automation platform. If you want Bookly appointment synced to Ontraport, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Ontraport to AFI

1. Log in to your Ontraport account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your App ID and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Ontraport.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Ontraport.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Ontraport as the destination

Choose Ontraport from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Ontraport.

4. Map fields

Match each Ontraport field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Ontraport to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
