How to Send Bookly Data to Mailshake

Connect Mailshake to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailshake account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailshake.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Mailshake.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Mailshake as the destination

Choose Mailshake from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to a Mailshake campaign.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailshake field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Mailshake to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
