How to Send Bookly Data to Jungo

Jungo is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Here is how to pipe Bookly appointment straight into Jungo using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Jungo to AFI

Jungo uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Jungo, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Jungo.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Jungo as the destination

Choose Jungo from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Jungo.

4. Map fields

Match each Jungo field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Jungo to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
