Jobber is a field service management platform. Every Bookly appointment record should flow into Jobber automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers appointment data straight from WordPress to Jobber. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with Bookly installed and configured.
  • A Jobber account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Jobber to AFI

  1. Log in to your Jobber account.
  2. Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.
  4. Enter your credentials and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Jobber.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps name, email, and phone to Jobber with unlimited records. Pro adds custom field mapping and address details. No per-record fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which Bookly events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when an appointment is booked. This covers new submissions and relevant status changes.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the event completes. Your site performance is not affected.

Can I send data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every record flows to all of them simultaneously.
