How to Send Bookly Data to Insellerate

Insellerate is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want Bookly appointment synced to Insellerate, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Insellerate to AFI

Insellerate uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Insellerate, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Insellerate.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Insellerate as the destination

Choose Insellerate from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Insellerate.

4. Map fields

Match each Insellerate field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Insellerate to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
