How to Send Bookly Data to Google Tasks

Connect Google Tasks to AFI

Google Tasks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Google Tasks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Bookly to Google Tasks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Bookly as the form provider. AFI fires when an appointment is booked, giving you access to customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time.

3. Select Google Tasks as the destination

Choose Google Tasks from the platform dropdown and pick Create Task. This creates a task in Google Tasks.

4. Map fields

Match each Google Tasks field on the left to the corresponding Bookly field on the right. Common mappings include customer name, email, phone, service name, staff member, appointment date, and time. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain records? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Bookly. Check Google Tasks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
